SUMMER: $8/adult/per day or $40/adult/per week $100 Month From Ages 12 and Up. From Memorial Day to Labor Day.
WINTER: $2/person/day for use of the clubhouse, library, gym etc.
Registration must be filled out 5 days Prior to check in. $25.00 Same Day Processing Fee will be charged if rented in under 48 hours. Also, the first gate card is free, $15.00/Car Registration is required and payable to Arrowhead Lake HOA. As a guest of Arrowhead Lakes Community you will have access to multiple lakes with beaches, tennis & basketball courts, 3 heated pools and club house for daily activities.
